"Travy" at Sala Beckett

Travy is a tribute to the Pla-Solina family itself (stage name "la Família Travy") and a (dis)encounter between two theatrical currents; on one side, clowning, folk and popular theatre. On the other, postdramatic and meta-theatrical forms. It portrays two generations and two life moments; those who already see the end of the road without fear, and those who see its beginning with panic. At a point where the company's veterans have run out of ideas for shows, and the daughter rebels against all the inherited artistic forms, the youngest son returns home to, going back to his roots, find his artistic voice and himself.
